To prevent unauthorized use and protect our guests, the following policy is strictly enforced:
By completing this booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact the club management directly to resolve any issues regarding your experience or billing before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation.
3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy: Reservations are strictly non-refundable for no-show guests. If you are running late, you must contact the club on the same day of your reservation to request a time adjustment; arrival time changes are subject to availability.
4. Chargeback Agreement: If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with the club, you agree to pay all associated legal and administrative fees incurred by the club in defending the dispute.
